All Kage are responsible for creating and assigning the missions for their respective villages. Kage are also responsible for RPing the NPC's in the missions they assign. The stat point award for each mission is as follows:

D ~ 5
C ~ 10
B ~ 20
A ~ 35
S ~ 50
